Courses: Courses on the website have a 7-day return policy. For any reason, you may cancel a course no questions asked as long as it’s within the 7-day window.

Damaged Items: Damaged items have a 3-day return period. The purchaser must contact us within 3 days to set up a return. After 3 days, no exceptions.

Restocking Fee: For eligible returns, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to cover the cost of processing and restocking the returned items.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
