Let’s face it, having a budget for everything makes life better, and a nutritious vegetables budget is no different. With inflation looming at the moment, it may seem impossible to afford the luxury of delicious vegetables, so I thought.

So on my weight loss journey quest, I decided to to write this blog post to help those in need. We are a team! so let’s dive right in.
